Friends of Battle Abbey School
 
FOBAS are a group of parents and teachers who are interested in encouraging close, friendly co-operation between parents from both the Prep and Senior schools. They also raise funds to provide additional amenities for the school.
 
They hold several events throughout the year including a family Barn Dance, the Summer Ball and a Quiz Night.

Recent gifts from FOBAS to the school include:
 
  • A large selection of books making a welcome addition to the library by taking advantage of the offloading of heavily discounted stock by Sussex Stationers.
  • A Buddy bench for the Prep School.
  • A gas BBQ for use at the Prep School .
  • Equipment for use by pupils participating in the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award Scheme, 
  • Play equipment for the Nursery, 
  • LED Stage Lighting Kit for the Prep School, 
  • Life Saving equipment for the school pool which will enable students to leave Battle Abbey School with a lifeguarding qualification,
  • And much more...

NEWS FLASH : Battle Abbey Nursery now open 38 weeks per year 8am to 5.30pm with a variety of sessions available
